As the NBA draft rolled on, many selections were announced ahead of time on Twitter. Actually, the broadcast fell behind pretty quickly. By the second round, a fan in the audience began shouting out the picks before Deputy NBA Commissioner Mark Tatum had a chance to read them off.
Tatum couldn’t help but laugh as his thunder was stolen when he announced the Nuggets’ selection of Monte Morris out of Iowa State.
Some people just love to steal the spotlight for themselves.
