For a second consecutive week, the Kentucky Wildcats are the unanimous No. 1 team in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches' Top 25. UK received all 31 first-place votes cast by the coaches.
Syracuse jumped over Ohio State for the No. 2 spot despite its only win this week being a controversial two-point home victory over West Virginia. Missouri and Duke rounded out the top five.
Baylor and North Carolina are tied for the No. 6 spot, while Kansas, undefeated Murray State and Michigan State make up the rest of the top ten.
Connecticut and Kansas State fell out of the rankings, while Florida State finally entered at No. 24. Wisconsin and Louisville were tied at No. 25 a week ago, which is why just one team moved into the rankings despite two falling out.
