Under Armour High School All-America Game: Greg Townsend Commits To USC, Robenson Therezie To Auburn

Beverly Hills DE Greg Townsend verbally committed to the USC Trojans over the TCU Horned Frogs in the second half of the 2011 Under Armour All-America Game. Townsend is the son of a four-time NFL All-Pro by the same name, who played his college ball at TCU. But just like Doran Grant, it looks like Townsend’s mother’s preferences have won out. Four-star Townsend mentioned Ed Orgeron as one of his primary reasons for choosing USC.

The nation’s No. 18 safety, Miami’s Robenson Therezie committed to the Auburn Tigers over Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee. He touted Auburn’s academics when asked why he chose the Tigers. In addition to those schools, he had offers from another five.

The game itself is dreadful and unwatchable, so be glad you’re missing it. Red is still beating White 7-3, and that doesn’t mean anything to anybody.
