The Washington Huskies will send out top quarterback Keith Price against the Washington St. Cougars, coach Steve Sarkisian confirmed Tuesday. Price missed last week's loss against the Oregon St. Beavers due to a left knee injury, ceding the top gig to Nick Montana, but is apparently good to go for the Apple Cup.
On the year, Price has 2,334 yards and 26 touchdowns, with his best games coming against the California Golden Bears and Colorado Buffaloes. He came off the bench to relieve Montana, throwing for about as many yards in fewer than half the attempts, though each mustered an interception.
The game's odds favored the Dawgs by 9.5 points at the beginning of the week, but started to slip once uncertainty about Price's injury crept in.
