Ereck Plancher's death resulted in a $10 million judgment levied against the University of Central Florida. Instead of appealing the decision, UCF needs to learn from its mistakes, and the rest of the college football world should, as well.

Ereck Plancher's Wrongful Death Trial Underway
Ereck Plancher, former UCF football player, died during a March 2008 workout and now his family has taken the UCF Athletics Association to trial for a wrongful death.
