Raekwon McMillan, The Ultimate College Football Recruit

Raekwon McMillan is the name of a college football recruit. A good one, too, whom recruiting types have been raving about for months now. He's a U.S. Air Force All-American, attended Georgia's Junior Day even though he's not a junior yet, has multiple SEC offers, and he's drawing interest from Urban Meyer. So, yes, he's very good.

But his name is Raekwon, and that's spectacular.

Is he the first football recruit to be named after a rapper? Hard to say, but since the Wu-Tang Clan didn't really start getting attention in the South until some point in 1994 and the Purple Tape didn't come out until 1995, this is easily the most YOU ARE OLD athlete name of all time.

Seeing the sons of Deion Sanders, Diddy and Ken Griffey, Jr. head to college provided for fine YOU ARE OLD moments, as did seeing the 18 recruits named Shaquille who signed letters this February. But a player named after the Chef? YOU ARE SO OLD.
