2013 NFL Draft wide receiver rankings

New, comments

Compared to other sites, our wide receiver rankings probably look a little strange. DeAndre Hopkins of Clemson and Keenan Allen of California may not have dazzling workout numbers, but they proved themselves on the field. Hopkins is this draft's Roddy White and Allen is the Anquan Boldin-type of receiver.

The certainties after them aren't quite as great. Many like Tavon Austin, but he's small and skinny and has to rely on his speed to get open. Cordarrelle Patterson may be the highest drafted wide receiver, but there are a lot of questions about his play.

After the top four, there are several very good prospects. Robert Woods is the draft's best route runner. Justin Hunter has received Randy Moss comparisons. Aaron Dobson excels at high pointing the ball. The depth of the class is impressive. Teams will be able to find receivers in the third and fourth round that can contribute as rookies.
