CBS noted that Charles' 41-yard run is the first touchdown run of more than 30 yards that the Ravens have allowed since 2005, and that the streak that lasted through almost 2,500 carries by opposing running backs.

It's not much solace for the NFL's best runner on a per-carry average — the Chiefs allowed 27 unanswered points after Charles' touchdown, and he fumbled later in the game — but it's just another record that Charles has taken on and taken down in his young NFL career. Though this wasn't quite the day they wanted, Charles and the Chiefs have a bright future.
