The Houston Texans just can't catch a break. Whether it's been Arian Foster's early injury concerns to Matt Schaub's season-ending foot injury, the Texans have dealt with it and stayed atop the AFC South standings. But then Matt Leinart took over and suffered a broken collarbone. T.J. Yates will be under center for the Texans when they take on the Atlanta Falcons at home. The Falcons, though, opened as 2.5 point favorites, according to Odds Shark. The line has moved in both directions, up to three points and down to 1.5.
This game will be the Texans' toughest test since they lost to the Baltimore Ravens on Oct. 16. Two games against the Jacksonville Jaguars and one each against the Cleveland Browns, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tennessee Titans have not proven the toughest of tests since that loss to the Ravens. Both teams have top-of-the-league defenses that could result in a low-scoring affair. The over/under opened at 41 points, but it has since moved to 38.5 points.
