Michael Vick suffered a broken hand on his non-throwing arm and we've been wondering what his status will be for Week 4 when the Philadelphia Eagles host the San Francisco 49ers. According to NBC Philly's Howard Eskin, it's not just Week 4 we should be wondering about -- it's Week 5, 6 and 7, too.
According to Eskin, Vick could miss 3-4 weeks with his broken hand. Vick is getting an MRI done upon the Eagles' return to Philly which will give them more information but Eskin reports the team is preparing to play several weeks without their star quarterback.
The Eagles host the 49ers in Week 4 and then travel to Buffalo and Washington before their bye hits in Week 7. That's the key date for Vick's return, Eskin reports.
If Vick can't go, it'll be Mike Kafka or Vince Young under center for the Eagles.
