Browns wide receiver Joshua Cribbs will return to practice on Wednesday after suffering a concussion in last Thursday's loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Cribbs will return to practice on Wednesday after suffering a concussion in the first quarter of the team's 23-16 loss to the Baltimore Ravens last Thursday, reports Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Cribbs was returning a punt in the first quarter when he was hit by long snapper Morgan Cox and Dannell Ellerbe, causing him to miss the remainder of the game.

Browns coach Pat Shurmur later confirmed that Cribbs had indeed suffered a concussion on that play.

The 0-4 Browns are traveling to New York this Sunday to take on the 2-2 Giants, who are coming off a 19-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday night.

Cribbs has four catches for 39 yards so far this season and is the team's primary kick and punt returner. Cribbs is coming off a career season at wide receiver in 2011 when he had 41 receptions for 518 yards.
