The Green Bay Packers face a tough test on Monday night, as they are favored against the Seahawks on the road with a slim 3-1/2 point line.
The Seahawks are coming off of an impressive 27-7 win against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 2 where they bested a five-point underdog spread. The Packers easily covered their four-point spread against the Bears with a 23-10 win.
The over/under on the game sits around 47 points, which is a tough one to call as two capable offenses are colliding with two capable defenses. The Packers are averaging 26.5 points per game but the Seahawks defense has been quite good, giving up only 11.5 points per game.
The Packers have struggled against the run this year, and Marshawn Lynch is coming off of a big performance in Week 2, but the Packers' passing defense ranks second in the NFL at just 132.5 yards per game. Seahawks rookie quarterback Russell Wilson looked much more comfortable last week against the Dallas Cowboys but the Packers' defense might provide some growing pains. Meanwhile, the Seahawks' defense is middle of the pack against the passing game and absolutely stellar against the run, the latter of which should continue as the Packers only average 75.5 rushing yards a game.
