Pierre Garcon Injury: Redskins Receiver Doubtful For Week 3

Coach Mike Shanahan has said that Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon is doubtful for Week 3's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, according to John Keim.

The wideout missed last week's loss to the Rams with a foot injury, and was a limited participant in practice this week.

Before leaving Washington's Week 1 win, Garcon racked up four receptions for 109 yards and a touchdown, including an 88-yard touchdown reception.

Quarterback Robert Griffin III will miss Garcon's presence. Griffin passed for 320 yards in Week 1, and 206 in Week 2.

This is Pierre Garcon's first season with the Washington Redskins, after spending four seasons in Indianapolis with the Colts.

Filling in for Garcon, Joshua Morgan, Leonard Hankerson, and Santana Moss are likely to receive most of Griffin's targets.

The Redskins are currently 1-1, and finished last season at 5-11.
