Michael Vick injury: Eagles QB limps off field

Vick left late in the first half with what looked like a hamstring injury.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has left the game against the New York Giants with a leg injury, and there's been no word on whether he will return.

UPDATE: Vick has officially been labeled as questionable to return.

He has been replaced by backup Nick Foles.

Vick pulled up holding the back of his leg after a scamper late in the second half, appearing as though he'd tweaked his hamstring. He gave a thumbs up signal to the sideline and finished out the drive, which ended in a field goal.

He returned on the Eagles' ensuing possession, but left the field after taking a shot.

Foles took over and led the Eagles downfield for a field goal to close out the half with a 19-7 lead.

Vick was 6-of-14 with 105 yards and no scores prior to his exit.
