The San Francisco 49ers and Washington Redskins are both coming off back-to-back losses, but oddmakers expect the Niners to put another tick in the win column this week. San Francisco was favored by 3.5 points on the opening line, according to OddsShark.com.

The line has shifted even further in San Francisco's favor since the start of the week, with some oddsmakers installing the 49ers as 5-point favorites. They have been solid against the spread this season, going 6-3-1 overall and 3-1-1 ATS on the road. Washington is just 3-7 ATS this season, but 2-2 at home.

The game on Sunday will be the fifth time Washington is an underdog by 3.5 points or more this season. Washington is 0-4 in those games and 0-4 ATS.

The total for the game is set at 47 points. The two offenses combined average 49.3 points per game this season, and allow 48.9 points per game on defense. Fifteen of San Francisco's last 21 games have gone over, including six of the last eight road games. The over has hit frequently for Washington too, with four of the last five games going over.
