The 2013 NFL rookie salary pools are set and the Miami Dolphins get a league high $7.839 million, according to Shutdown Corner's Brian McIntyre.
Each team has a maximum amount of Year 1 salary cap dollars they can spend on their draft picks, as well as the minimum amount. Now that the 2013 NFL draft is over, teams will begin signing their picks.
