We expected plenty of defensive playmaking in the NFC Championship Game between the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks, and it didn't take long to show up.
On the first play from scrimmage, 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith sprinted into the backfield to force a fumble by Russell Wilson. Smith then fell on the ball himself to give San Francisco possession.
