Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green left the practice field on Wednesday in a cart after reportedly aggravating the same toe injury that caused him to miss nearly the entire game in Week 2 against the Atlanta Falcons.
#Bengals WR AJ Green is seeing the doc tomorrow after suffering in practice the same toe/foot injury as before. Status for Sunday in doubt

During the period of practice open to the media, Green appeared visibly upset on the field as he tore off his helmet and his shoe in disgust while stretching with his teammates. He was able to walk on his own, but with a limp, and then departed from the field after trainers examined him. He did not return to practice.
Green has caught 17 passes for a team-high 314 yards and two touchdowns this season. With his status in doubt against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, wide receiver Mohamed Sanu figures to become the feature wideout in the offensive gameplan.
