Video released on Sunday shows the blow Coffman delivered after a Zach Mettenberger interception during the Ravens' 21-7 Week 10 win. Instead of pursuing the intercepting defender, Coffman ran into the sideline area and collided with an unnamed Baltimore assistant, knocking him to the ground.
Glazer reported Titans coach Ken Whisenshunt called John Harbaugh after the game to tell him the blow was not intentional. The Ravens reportedly didn't believe that and "were furious" about the play.
Coffman, a backup, was pressed into action by the second-quarter concussion of Delanie Walker.
