The veteran wideout will play Sunday.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson will play through a rib injury when his team plays the Atlanta Falconsaccording to ESPN's Adam Caplan. He had been listed as questionable on the team's official injury report.

Since joining Tampa Bay in 2012, Jackson had not missed a single game due to injury. He led the Buccaneers each of the past two years, and sits just 17 yards shy of the team lead in 2014. The receiver is coming off one of his better games of the season, a six-catch, 86-yard effort against the Cleveland Browns. Jackson is one of three starting pass catchers on the roster who stands 6'5 or above, giving Tampa one of the largest receiving corps in the league.

There were reports earlier this week that Tampa tried to deal Jackson to the Philadelphia Eagles. Though he may be in his last year with the team, Jackson remains a key component of the Buccaneers offense. After Mike Evans, no Tampa player has more plays of 20 or more yards than Jackson's six.
