Steelers vs. Chargers 2015 picks and predictions: Experts taking San Diego to roll to 3-2

Experts aren't giving the Steelers much chance to pull off the road upset on Monday with Mike Vick leading the team.

There are only a handful of matchups in the NFL with more distance between them than the San Diego Chargers and Pittsburgh Steelers. That 2,400-mile trip for the Steelers could be a factor in the majority of experts taking the Chargers to improve to 3-2.

Another major factor is that the Steelers are still without Ben Roethlisberger, who suffered a knee injury in Week 3. With the star quarterback on the bench, Pittsburgh has turned to former NFL star Mike Vick to lead the way for the Steelers offense. While Vick has managed to avoid mistakes, the team's usually explosive offense has been held in check.

Vick completed 19 of 26 passes against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4 with a touchdown and no interceptions. However, he tallied only 124 passing yards, leading to just 263 yards of total offense for the Steelers.

The Chargers headed in the other direction by bouncing back from a pair of losses with a Week 4 win against the Cleveland Browns, thanks to a prolific passing performance from Philip Rivers. The five-time Pro Bowl quarterback racked up 358 passing yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions to help the Chargers to a 30-27 win.

Seven experts at CBS Sports believe the Chargers will keep things going in the right direction, and only Jason La Canfora is taking the Steelers to win. Things are much closer at ESPN, where seven experts are taking the Chargers and six are going with the Steelers.

The expert panel here at SB Nation are rolling with San Diego, with only Stephen White taking the Steelers to pull off the Monday upset.
