The NFL had threatened to eject Lynch from the NFC Championship for wearing the cleats, and eventually told him he wouldn't be allowed to play until he put on other cleats. He complied and wore regular cleats for that game.
We have to imagine Lynch will swap out the cleats before the game — we doubt Lynch would risk his ability to play in the Super Bowl over shoe choice.
