NFL Combine schedule 2015: When each position will see the field

We've got a full schedule for the NFL Combine, including when each position will see the field.

The first milestone of the NFL offseason is right around the corner as NFL Draft prospects from around the nation converge on Indianapolis for the NFL Scouting Combine. Most of the top prospects will be registered, given a medical examination, interview with teams, get measured, interview with the media, undergo psychological testing, participate in the bench press and then partake in on-field workouts and drills.

The format is largely the same each year, though it is starting a day earlier this year on Tuesday, Feb. 17. The prospects arrive in groups, sorted by position, and while one group is doing measurements and media interviews, another group is arriving and getting registered.

It all gets started with the first group, which includes special teamers, offensive linemen and tight ends. They'll arrive in Indianapolis on Tuesday, get registered and have some examinations along with orientation. Then they'll move to measurements and further medical examinations on Wednesday, psychological testing and bench press on Thursday, and will finally see the field for positional drills on Friday, Feb. 20.

The next three groups will all do those things a day later. Group two includes quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs. Group three is defensive linemen and linebackers. Group four, who will see the field on the final day of the combine on Monday, Feb. 23, includes defensive backs.
