No, Lee technically didn’t make physical contact with Lewis, but his hit-stick slide several feet in front of the returner made him shift his direction and lose his balance. HIT-STICK. And Lee got up and touched Lewis while his knee was still on the ground, allowing him to officially record the tackle on this play.
