The AFC West and AFC North are two of the toughest divisions in the NFL, and both the Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers have fared well thus far. Both teams are sitting at 2-1, but one of them will be much better off after their Sunday Night Football matchup in Week 4.
From Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Penn., the Steelers will host the Chiefs in primetime. With kickoff set for just after 8:30 p.m. ET, the game will be broadcast on television via NBC. A live stream of the game will be available online via NBC Sports. As usual, the Sunday Night Football crew will include Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth in the booth with Michele Tafoya acting as the sideline reporter.
If there is such a thing as momentum in the NFL, then the Chiefs have it while the Steelers definitely do not.
Pittsburgh is coming off the franchise’s worst loss in 27 years, having fallen to the Philadelphia Eagles by a score of 34-3. The Steelers haven’t beaten the Eagles in Pennsylvania since the 60’s, but they looked completely unprepared against Carson Wentz in Week 3.
Kansas City, on the other hand, is coming off a dominant 24-3 victory over the New York Jets. The defense and special teams units of the Chiefs forced a massive eight turnovers against the Jets. They returned two turnovers for touchdowns and intercepted six passes in total.
On the other side, the Steelers had a pair of turnovers on offense that hurt them big time. Sunday’s game is definitely trending in favor of the Chiefs.
