The Seattle Seahawks slipped up in Week 2 when they fell to the Los Angeles Rams, but have won three games since then and go into a Week 7 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals with plenty of confidence. The NFC West is Seattle's to lose, and the Cardinals' only shot of taking it likely rests in winning the head-to-head with them.
Seattle and Arizona will be the featured Sunday Night Football matchup for Week 7. Kickoff is set for 8:30 p.m. ET, with a television broadcast available on NBC. A live stream will be available online at NBC Sports and will run concurrently with the broadcast.
The Cardinals haven't looked as good as they hoped this season, with quarterback Carson Palmer struggling. The Cardinals think Palmer can be their franchise quarterback going forward, but his struggles have been concerning.
Palmer has completed 113 of 187 passes for 1,363 yards with seven touchdowns and five interceptions. He's also been sacked 12 times on the season and Drew Stanton has had to play with Palmer banged up. But Palmer will be in action against Seattle's tough secondary on Sunday.
Arizona is 3-3 on the season, but they have won their last two games, over the San Francisco 49ers and New York Jets. If the metric of "how badly each team beat the 49ers" means anything, the Seahawks hold the edge after beating them by a score of 37-18, while Arizona won, 33-21.
