NFL Draft 2017 order: Browns well-positioned to have 2 top 10 picks thanks to the Eagles

A five-game losing streak for the Eagles means the Browns could be rich in the 2017 NFL Draft.

The Cleveland Browns lost, the San Francisco 49ers lost, the Jacksonville Jaguars lost, the Chicago Bears lost, the Los Angeles Rams lost, and the New York Jets lost.

The order for the 2017 NFL Draft has been remarkably consistent in the latter half of the year because the teams at the bottom have all been unable to win games.

With just two weeks to go, the Browns still haven’t won a game, and if they finish the year with losses to the San Diego Chargers and Pittsburgh Steelers in Weeks 16 and 17, respectively, Cleveland will be owners of the No. 1 pick.

Texas A&M pass rusher Myles Garrett and Notre Dame quarterback DeShone Kizer have reportedly drawn the interest of the Browns, and thanks to another loss for the Philadelphia Eagles, the Browns could get a chance at both.

The Eagles traded their 2017 first-round pick to the Browns prior to the 2016 NFL Draft to move up and select Carson Wentz, but a five-game losing streak for Philadelphia has the Browns well positioned to pick twice in the top 10.
