After throwing a pick-six to cornerback Robert Alford in Super Bowl LI, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady broke Brett Favre’s record for the most interceptions in the postseason with 31. Brady entered the game tied with the former NFL quarterback.
The 39-year-old Brady only had two interceptions in the regular season, but threw two against the Houston Texans in the AFC Divisional Round. It looks like the four-time Super Bowl-winning signal caller will not get a chance to hoist his fifth Lombardi Trophy.
For all of the records Brady holds, this is one that he’ll try to forget about.
