An update of the KHL standings.

Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin and his Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) team, Dynamo Moscow, currently have the most points in the league and hold sole possession of first place in the Western Conference with 42 points.

Dynamo currently has a two-point lead over CSKA Moscow in the West and lead by one point over Traktor Chelyabinsk, who is currently in first place in the Eastern Conference.

CSKA is aided by captain (and former Nashville Predator) Alexander Radulov and Detroit Red Wings' star Pavel Datsyuk as the two players have combined for 44 points this season. Philadelphia Flyers' goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov is also a member of CSKA, but has a less-than-impressive stat line, winning only one of the four games he has played, in addition to an 88.7 save percentage with a 3.27 goals against average.

CSKA is in a three-way tie for second place as SKA Saint Petersburg and Lokomotiv Yaroslavl also have 40 points.

In the Eastern Conference, Traktor is trailed by Avangard Omsk Region who have 38 points. Metallurg Magnitogorsk is in third place with 41 because they are in the same division as Traktor.
