When John Tavares is on the ice he is usually the most dangerous player out there. The type of player that should always be accounted for.
In the first period of Tuesday's game against Nashville, the Predators penalty kill seemed to forget about this and somehow left him wide open in the slot.
Guess what happened on that play? If you went with "Tavares scored his eighth goal of the season," you would be correct. This what it looked like.
