The lottery for the 2013 NHL Draft will be held in Toronto on Monday night. This lottery will mark the first time that all 14 non-playoff eligible teams will have an opportunity to win the No. 1 overall selection in the draft.

While some teams have better chances than others to win the lottery, each club will be given a shot. The Florida Panthers will have the best chances, as they finished the regular season with the fewest points. The lottery is only used to determine the No. 1 overall selection. Teams can move back one position from their final standing in the event of a lottery winner other than Florida.

Here is the final standing with lottery odds included:

1. Florida Panthers 25.0%
2. Colorado Avalanche 18.8%
3. Tampa Bay Lightning 14.2%
4. Nashville Predators 10.7%
5. Carolina Hurricanes 8.1%
6. Calgary Flames 6.2%
7. Edmonton Oilers 4.7%
8. Buffalo Sabres 3.6%
9. New Jersey Devils 2.7%
10. Dallas Stars 2.1%
11. Philadelphia Flyers 1.5%
12. Phoenix Coyotes 1.1%
13. Winnipeg Jets 0.8%
14. Columbus Blue Jackets 0.5%

The lottery will be televised by TSN and will begin at 8 p.m., ET. The broadcast will be shown in the United States on NBC Sports Network.
