Phil Kessel scored a Looney Tunes goal

Toronto got beaten badly by the Devils on Thursday, and the frustration clearly got to star winger Phil Kessel. He just really needed something good to happen to him before the end of the game.

The good news for Kessel is that he scored. The bad news is that he looked like a Looney Tunes character doing it.

You know that sound effect in Looney Tunes when someone slips and falls? Imagine that sound when you watch Kessel fall and it's basically the best goal ever.

If you're wondering whether Kessel was hurt when he fell, he wasn't. He just looked pretty tired. Phil's face here is basically the equivalent of Wile E. Coyote's expression after he falls off the cliff for the hundredth time.
