The hockey world was stunned on Monday night when Dallas Stars forward Rich Peverley collapsed on the bench due to what team doctors called "a cardiac event," postponing the reminder of their game against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Peverley was taken to the hospital and was conscious at the time. He is currently in stable condition.
It was a pretty shocking moment that concerned the entire league, and just about every team in the NHL sent their thoughts and prayers along via Twitter. Here are a few.
Our thoughts are with Rich Peverley, his family and the @DallasStars tonight.

And the Stars responded to every single team.
And it wasn't just NHL teams sending their well wishes as the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, a team that the Stars have quite the Twitter history with, also sent along their best.
Our thoughts are with our friends the @DallasStars, Rich Peverley and his family this evening
