The defending Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks visited the White House on Thursday to get congratulated by President Barack Obama.
Obama is a Chicago guy, and considering the Blackhawks have won three times since he's been in office, it's no wonder why he's proud of them. So much so that he joked he wants to place the Stanley Cup in the center of the table when he has dinner with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in a few weeks.
But then Trudeau completely scoreboarded Obama and America.
.@POTUS I’ll come with Canada’s Olympic hockey golds from, oh, how about 2002 & 2010? https://t.co/A6OciP4fX3

A hockey Twitter war between the two heads of state is just what this election cycle needed!
