Hockey rarely does celebrity appearances like the rest of the sports world. Nashville aside, there aren’t often fresh and exciting faces making rounds at hockey games like you’d see courtside at your city’s NBA arena.
That being said, the Pittsburgh Penguins pulled some nostalgia out of their hats on Saturday, as they hosted noted Harry Potter actors James and Oliver Phelps. If those names don’t ring a bell, the pair of identical British twins played ginger brothers Fred and George Weasley in the famous worldwide franchise.
Weasley twins in the houseeee.

Welcome to the game @James_Phelps, @OliverPhelps, and @daniel_logan! pic.twitter.com/bk3xk0AQHG
The brothers were also joined by Daniel Logan, the actor who played young Boba Fett in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, as guests for the Penguins Saturday evening game against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The trio is a strange combination, but Pittsburgh is hosting Steel City Con 2017 this weekend, a comic con featuring all three actors as guests.
That’s quite a pull for the Penguins to nab a few actors from some of the nerdiest franchises in cinematic history while they’re in town for a local comic con. The duo continued their Steel City sports weekend on Sunday with the Steelers-Ravens game.
Last night in Pittsburgh. Where better for @James_Phelps and I to go than @steelers play the @Ravens I gotta get me a towel!

They don't sell them in Diagon Alley?

We gotta get to the bottom of this... https://t.co/QIMkRJlnHX
Not bad, Pittsburgh, not bad. Mischief managed, indeed.
