The Ottawa Senators took care of the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday evening in the NHL 100 Classic by a score of 3-0. The victory comes during a tumultuous time for the Senators organization, as they need every point they can get while their owner has publicly said he’d consider moving the team.
That didn’t stop captain Erik Karlsson, however, from having fun in the outdoor event in Ottawa that celebrated the league’s centennial. Nearing the end of the game, NBCSN showcased a wonderful clip of Karlsson enjoying his time outdoors.

Outdoor games are often a great place for players to let loose a little bit and have some fun. The atmosphere in TD Place Stadium was fantastic, and Karlsson was no doubt swept up in the magic of the evening despite the frigid temperatures.
Here’s hoping Karlsson keeps the slick moves when the Senators get back indoors to play the rest of their season.
