The newest NCAA Basketball Rankings are out before the beginning of many of the conference championships, and Ohio State still has the top spot in the AP Top 25. The Buckeyes earned 52 first-place votes to stay ahead of No. 2 Kansas in the rankings. Both teams have identical 29-2 records as they enter conference play.

North Carolina was the biggest mover in this week's poll, jumping up from No. 13 to No. 6 after an 81-67 win over Duke on Saturday. The Tar Heels are the ACC regular-season champion, but are still one spot behind the No. 5 Blue Devils in the standings.

Last week's No. 3 team BYU tumbled to No. 8 after losing to New Mexico following the suspension of Brandon Davies for an honor code violation. Pittsburgh jumped up to No. 3 in this week's edition, while Notre Dame rose from No. 8 to No. 4. San Diego State leaps to No. 7, while BYU, Purdue and Texas round out the Top 25.

Four new teams enter the rankings this week. Kansas State enters at No. 19, West Virginia jumps to No. 20, Temple rises to No. 24 and Cincinnati slips in at No. 25. Here are the complete rankings:
