Sure, Day Two of the NCAA Baseball Tournament means some teams' College World Series dreams die. But for some of the NCAA Tournament's national seeds, their chances of lifting an NCAA championship trophy are looking pretty good: national seeds Virginia, Florida, and Vanderbilt all moved to 2-0 in their respective regionals on Saturday.

Top-seeded Virginia may have looked the best in running their record at the Charlottesville Regional to 2-0, with a 10-2 thumping of St. John's. The Cavaliers have now outscored their opponents 16-2 in two NCAA Tournament games, and will face the winner of an East Carolina/St. John's elimination game that pits two teams that have combined for 10 runs in four games so far.

Second-seeded Florida struggled the most. Playing in-state rival Miami in the Gainesville Regional, the Gators rallied back from a 2-0 deficit, gave up a 4-3 lead, and eventually needed a walk-off hit from Nolan Fontana to secure a 5-4 win. And Florida doesn't have it any easier on Sunday: the Gators will see either the talented Hurricanes or a Jacksonville team that scored an upset over Florida in Gainesville during the regular season.

Meanwhile, Vanderbilt, the No. 7 national seed, keeps chugging along in the Nashville Regional. The Commodores clobbered Troy 10-2 to move to 2-0 in the NCAA Tournament, and will play either the Trojans or Belmont on Sunday, meaning that Vandy gets two chances at either a team it routed by a 10-2 score or one it beat 10-0 to advance to an NCAA Super Regional.

The second day of the NCAA Baseball Tournament brings with it the first set of eliminated teams. And the Sooner State's two entrants will not be taking trips to Omaha for the College World Series.

Oklahoma, playing as the second seed in TCU's Fort Worth Regional, got blanked by fourth-seeded Oral Roberts 7-0 on Saturday. That loss, coupled with a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Dallas Baptist in their opening game, sends the Sooners packing, one of just four second-seeded teams to already be eliminated in the 2011 NCAA Baseball Tournament.

One of the other two is Oklahoma State. The Cowboys fell to Belmont Saturday after dropping their opener against Troy, and have been eliminated from Vanderbilt's Nashville Regional.

The other two second seeds to be eliminated: Southern Mississippi, out after a loss to Georgia Tech in the Atlanta Regional, and FIU, beaten by Maine in the Chapel Hill Regional.

Day Two of the NCAA Baseball Tournament's Regional round is underway, and we've already eliminated a few teams. Princeton, Manhattan, Navy, Georgia Southern, and FIU have all been eliminated from the tournament, trimming the current field to 59 teams. At the end of today, 48 teams will remain in the tournament.

In a bit of scary news, the game between UCF and Bethune-Cookman has been suspended in the 8th inning due to lightning. UCF is rolling, and they will likely close out the game and eliminate their opponents from the tournament.

One of our must-watch games is underway, as previously upset teams Southern Miss and Georgia Tech are in the third inning, with the hosting Yellow Jackets cruising in Atlanta. One of those other games, Miami vs. Florida, is about to start in Gainesville. Here are all of the scores from across the country.

In the NCAA Baseball tournament, much like its cousin, March Madness, you really can't go wrong with which game you watch. All of them have the potential to be interesting, but there are a few standouts on Day Two now that we've gotten a chance to see who has brought their best to the Regionals. If you were planning on picking and choosing a couple of games to watch but you don't know where to start, here's a few of the best games on schedule for today, along with where you can catch them on television or the internet.

No. 2 Southern Miss Vs. No. 1 Georgia Tech

Time: 3 pm ET

TV: CSS

Both favorites Georgia Tech and Southern Miss fell in their opening games in the Atlanta Regional, meaning the winner is going to have a long and tough road to the regional final. Both teams' pitchers did enough to get them the win on Day One, but both teams' offenses completely failed them.

No. 2 Miami Vs. No. 1 Florida

Time: 4 pm ET

TV: ESPNU, ESPN3.com

Miami and Florida were both very good on day one, dispatching of their opponents with relative ease. Florida more so, as they put up 17 runs on Manhattan, 16 of those coming very early in the game. Miami coach Jim Morris is a legend, but he has a history of quirky decision making. Yesterday was no exception, as he pulled a hot starter after the 6th inning, then proceeded to use four different relief pitchers. That decision making could come back to bite him today. These teams know each other well, and Florida is the favorite.

No. 3 James Madison Vs. No. 1 North Carolina

Time: 6 pm ET

TV: Tarheelblue.cstv.com

James Madison put up 11 runs yesterday in a very fun match against FIU, while overall No. 3 seed North Carolina blanked Maine easily in a 4-0 win. As the old cliche goes, something's gotta give, and what should be a good crowd in Chapel Hill will be on hand to watch what transpires.

No. 2 Stanford Vs. No. 1 Cal State-Fullerton

Time: 11 pm ET

TV: ESPNU, ESPN3.com

Cal State-Fullerton has the ability to manufacture runs with their speedsters and quality base-runners, and their starting pitching is great as well. However, they actually hit quite poorly for average for such a highly ranked team, and their bullpen is shaky. Stanford are a different kind of team; they have a little less speed and a little more power. Neither team is good defensively, so an error or two could really change this game.

The first day of the 2011 NCAA baseball regionals is in the books and only one No. 1 seed, and host team, was knocked off. Georgia Tech earned the dubious distinction, falling victim to Austin Peay in Atlanta in a 2-1 loss. Other than the Yellow Jackets slip-up, the other 15 hosts sit at 1-0 in the double-elimination mini-tournament ahead of Saturday's wave of games.

Just like Friday, games will be ongoing throughout the day, with the first beginning at 12 p.m. EDT and the last set to start at 11 p.m. EDT. Once again, all 64 teams will be in action across 32 games at the 16 regional sites. Teams that fall to 0-2 will be eliminated, while the rest move-on for the frantic final two days with a spot in the Super Regionals hanging in the balance. A full schedule of Saturday's games can be found here, along with the bracket after day one.

Coverage will be sparse once again, with ESPN3, ESPNU, NCAA.com and Sun Sports all set to carry games sporadically. Sun Sports has the first game -- UCF vs. Bethune Cook -- and the first ESPN3 broadcast begins at 3 p.m. EDT as Oklahoma takes on Oral Roberts. A full coverage list can be found on the NCAA website, under the By Day tab.

In addition to the interactive bracket on the NCAA website, you can also find a handy, printable bracket here. The bracket may not be much use as it doesn't list the mini-tournaments held within the regionals, but it does let you know which teams are where and what Super Regionals they feed.
