To the surprise of absolutely no one, Borussia Dortmund are on top of the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich behind them by just one point. Much to the surprise of everyone, Lucien Favre has guided Borussia Mönchengladbach to a spot right between the two, tied with BVB on points and behind on goal differential. If Gladbach can avoid losing Marco Reus in January, they're going to continue to contend for a Champions League place. Besides being awesome at football, Marco Reus also uses a fantastic method to decide who takes free kicks. Video after the jump.
That is Reus and Gladbach striker Mike Hanke playing a game of rock-paper-scissors to decide who is going to take a free kick for the team. Hanke, who has actually been in poor goal-scoring form as of late, netted a brace in Gladbach's 3-0 defeat of FC Köln.
Reus was already going to be linked to every big club in the world this January, but this incident should only intensify the interest in the German star.
