Coming off a year in which Cascadia Cup game provided some of the best atmospheres MLS has ever seen, this year promises to be even better with news that the Seattle Sounders will open all 66,000-plus seats for Cascadia Cup matches. There has not yet been any word on how many of those tickets will be allocated for visiting fans of the Portland Timbers and Vancouver Whitecaps, but it's safe to say there will be more than the 500 they had last year.

The next question becomes whether or not the Whitecaps and Timbers will reciprocate? The Whitecaps could theoretically expand seating at BC Place to about 54,000 and the Timbers could squeeze in about 20,000 into Jeld-Wen Field. This should all get very interesting.
