You know those crossovers that just absolutely shake a defender on a basketball court? Not the ones that merely leave an opponent grasping at air, though those are nice, as well. I'm talking about crossovers that leave a man on the floor.
Now let's take that idea and apply it to soccer.
This is Heath Pearce of the New York Red Bulls. Attempting to mark him is Danny Cruz of D.C. United. As you can see, it didn't work out too well.
This is one of those moments where Pearce should just scream "shut it down" as he boots the ball into the stands. It was a move so dirty it left Cruz crossed up, then on his backside.
By the way, that's a defender pulling off the move. Just filthy.
