Norwich vs. West Ham United: Preview and TV schedule

Saturday's teatime game sees Norwich host West Ham at Carrow Road, with both of these sides in some trouble near the bottom of the table.

Jamie McDonald

This definitely isn't the most glamorous Saturday teatime game you'll watch this season, though Norwich City's match at home to West Ham isn't without significance. Both of these sides have had difficult starts to the season, and could really do with having three points added onto their respective tallies.

Norwich have only won twice all season, and are now the bottom three on just eight points. West Ham are only two points better off, though can at least take hope from the history books, having not lost to Norwich since 1994. Ominously, that season the Canaries were relegated into the second division.

For this match, Norwich will be without Alexander Tettey and Elliott Bennett, while Ricky van Wolfswinkel and Robert Snodgrass could return from injuries to play a part. For West Ham, Alou Diarra, RIcardo Vaz Tê, Matt Taylor, Andy Carroll, James Collins and George McCartney are all definitely sidelined with injuries.

Norwich injuries and suspensions

Out: Alexander Tettey (ankle), Elliott Bennett (knee). In doubt: Ricky van Wolfswinkel (toe), Robert Snodgrass (concussion).

West Ham United injuries and suspensions

Out: Alou Diarra (knee), RIcardo Vaz Tê (shoulder), Matt Taylor (calf), Andy Carroll (heel), James Collins (hamstring), George McCartney (knee). In doubt: None.

Projected lineups
