There aren't a lot of leagues in action on Tuesday, but there's still plenty of soccer to watch. The Champions League gets underway at 2:45 p.m. ET, along with 11 English Football League Championship games and a couple of Scottish Premier League games, and those bleed right into Copa Libertadores.
Arsenal and Bayern Munich can be seen on FOX Soccer in the U.S., ITV 1 in the U.K. and Sportsnet regional networks in Canada. Porto and Malaga are on FOX Sports Net affiliates in the U.S., Sky Sports 2 in the U.K. and Sportsnet World in Canada. Both Millonarios vs. Tijuana -- featuring former MLS star (and still technically Sounders player) Fredy Montero -- and Toluca vs. Nacional are on FOX Deportes.
