Update: Bayern Munich 4-0 Barcelona, final score - Match report.
What more can you say at this point with 15 minutes left to play between Bayern Munich and Barcelona as the home side now lead 3-0 thanks to Arjen Robben's goal in the 73rd minute. The Germans have been dominate, efficient, basically every adjective you can think of to describe a positive soccer performance.
Franck Ribery nearly added a third goal in the 55th minute after Arjen Robben once again sent a lovely delivery from the wing. The French winger dragged his shot wide across the face of goal.
Barcelona did start to look a bit better and actually generated a half decent chance on goal off a corner in the 69th minute. Alexis Sanchez had the ball end up on his foot six yards or so from the goal but his shot was weak and didn't trouble Manuel Neuer in the least. Lionel Messi actually touched the ball and looked a bit like the player we're used to seeing to earn the corner but it was a rare flash in an otherwise silent game for the Argentine.
Arjen Robben assisted on the first two goals and decided that he'd like one for himself in the 73rd minute. Robben received the ball on the right edge of the Barca box with only Jordi Alba in front of him. Robben maneuvered around Alba with the help of a dubious basketball-esuqe pick from Thomas Müller. After that it was a easy finish for Robben and Bayern were crusing at 3-0.
The angry protest from the Barca players on the clear foul on Alba were ignored by the referee but you can be sure they'll bring it up post match.
