With news breaking on Monday that David Moyes is set to be sacked by Manchester United, the speculation surrounding who might replace him as the Red Devils' head coach is already getting started. Considering that United is one of the biggest clubs in the world, it makes sense that some of the biggest names in coaching are being speculatively linked with the soon to be vacant position at the club.

Our Manchester United blog, The Busby Babe, have their theories about who the club should be considering. They've compiled a list of 11 possible candidates, offering up pros and cons for each along with their thoughts about the likelihood of that person taking the job.
While names like Louis Van Gaal, Jürgen Klopp, Laurant Blanc and Guus Hiddink are on the list, TBB's favorite choice is Diego Simeone.
Pros: He's led Atletico Madrid to the brink of their first La Liga title since 1996, shattering the two-team domination in Spain. He plays an excellent counter-attacking game which could feasibly be described as a kind of ‘Ferguson 2.0' style, with a lot of high-tempo wing-play and fluidity up front.
Cons: Terrible, terrible hair.
Personally, I don't mind Simeone's hair.
In case you're not familiar with Simeone, he's the current boss at Atlético Madrid, a team that's having one of their best seasons in decades. Atléti are three wins away from claiming the Spanish Primera División title, and they're in the Champions League semifinals.
It's hard to say whether or not Simeone would be interested in leaving Atléti. The former Argentine international had two successful stints at the club during his playing career, making 134 appearances and scoring 23 goals. The goal total was pretty good considering he played as a defensive midfielder.
