Hurley takes your World Cup support from stadium to shore

Hurley, a surf and skating brand that has been in Nike's stable for over a decade, has launched a very cool collaboration with its parent company ahead of this summer's World Cup. The tournament kicks off in less than 50 days and Hurley are commemorating the occasion with the debut of the Phantom National Team boardshorts that are directly inspired by three of Nike's football teams that will be competing in Brazil.

The United States, Brazil, and France are represented with looks that mimic the home and away kits of the first two while combining France's home and away for the third. Each pair carries the Hurley logo on the waistband and the country's crest on the bottom right leg. Like Nike's football kits, the boardshorts are made of recycled materials, boasting an average of 12 recycled plastic water bottles in each pair.

Hurley athletes from the US, France, and Brazil will wear the new Phantom boardshorts in the buildup to the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) World Championship Tour even in Rio de Janeiro next month.
