David Moyes is under investigation by Lancashire police after being reported for allegedly assaulting a 23-year-old man at the Emporium Wine Bar in Clitheroe.
The incident reportedly occurred on Wednesday night at 10 p.m., when a "23-year-old man was apparently assaulted by a 51-year-old man" according to a report released by the Lancashire authorities.

Officers attended the bar at about 10pm yesterday (Wednesday, May 21st) and it was reported that a 23 year old local man had been assaulted by a 51-year-old man. He did not require hospital treatment.
Inquiries are ongoing and we are speaking to a number of people to try to establish the circumstances.
No arrests have been made as yet, and police are reviewing CCTV footage and interviewing witnesses to ascertain exactly what happened at the bar.
Moyes was fired by Manchester United last month, with four matches left in the season, but he's been linked with several jobs, including the newly open Celtic job.
