CSKA Moscow and AS Roma fans are some of the most intense in world football. And sometimes that intensity boils over.
It did on Wednesday when the two teams met in the Champions League. Both sets of fans reportedly clashed with police and each other, leaving two fans hospitalized. The violence continued in the stadium too, where they threw flares at each other.
That's scary, to say the least. While UEFA will likely hit both teams with an insignificant fine, hopefully the clubs and supporters can get things sorted out because nobody should go to a match and end up running for safety.
