Barcelona entered the Champions League as favorites to win their group. That hasn't changed, but their road looks a bit trickier now than it did two weeks ago. They drew against AS Roma, and they're only one point ahead of their opponent on Tuesday, BATE Borisov.
BATE pulled off an upset victory over Roma in their last match, following a loss to Bayer Leverkusen in their opener. They probably don't expect to get points away at Camp Nou, but based on their performance against the Giallorossi, it's certainly not impossible.
Long term injuries are currently hindering Barcelona's push for another multiple trophy season. Lionel Messi is out for the next six weeks or so, while Rafinha Alcantara is likely out for the season. Andres Iniesta is also a slight doubt for this match. BATE will be without the services of forward Vitali Rodionov.
Match date/time: Tues., Oct. 20, 2:45 p.m. ET, 9:45 p.m. local
Venue: Borisov Arena, Borisov, Belarus
TV: FOX Sports regional networks (US - English), ESPN Deportes (US - Spanish), beIN Sports (Canada), BT Sport Extra (UK)
Online: In the United States, you have a few options. For most, the easiest will be FOX Sports Go. If you're a TV subscriber to a FOX regional network, you can watch the game for free on that service. If that doesn't work for you, or you'd just prefer to watch in Spanish, the game is also on Watch ESPN. If neither of those work, there's also FOX Soccer 2 Go, a paid service that doesn't require a TV subscription.
Canada: beIN Sports Connect
