So far, Group A has gone as planned in the UEFA Champions League. Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have three points apiece, having recorded shutout wins over Shakhtar Donetsk and Malmö. On Wednesday, the Swedish champions have a chance to flip the script on Los Merengues.
Malmö are huge underdogs, though, as they haven't even been that impressive in their domestic league over the summer. They're in fifth place in Sweden, currently outside of Europa League places. If they can beat Real Madrid, it'll be an all-time massive upset in the history of the Champions League.
While most expect this to be a straightforward match for Real Madrid, injury troubles might make it a bit tricky. Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Sergio Ramos are all out. Zlatan Azinović will miss the match for Malmö, while Rasmus Bengtsson and Guillermo Molins are slight doubts.
Match Date/Time: Wednesday, 2:45 p.m. ET, 8:45 p.m. local
Venue: Swedbank Stadion, Malmö, Sweden
TV: Fox regional networks (U.S. - English), TSN1 (Canada), BT Sport Extra (U.K.), beIN Sports (Spain), TV3 (Sweden)
Online: American viewers are lucky that this is one of the most accessible games of the day, since it's on Fox and ESPN platforms. For most viewers, the easiest way to watch will be on Fox Sports Go, which is free if you have a TV subscription to a Fox regional affiliate. If that doesn't work for you, or you'd just rather watch in Spanish, it's also on Watch ESPN. If neither of those works, there's also Fox Soccer 2 Go, a paid service that doesn't require a TV package.
